Step 1. Select Tour

Select desired tour either by pressing the go button on the corresponding page or by using the search box on the left hand side of the page:

Step 2. Select Date, Pick Up & Passengers

Select a date from the calendar (not all tours operate every day):

Select a pick up location and time from the drop down menu:

For some tours transportation is offered as an extra optional supplement, in this case please select, "-As per transport supplement-" and add the transport supplement to your shopping basket selecting the required pick up location and time.

NB. Some tours operate pick ups from individual lobbies within the same hotel complex, this can be updated once you have checked into your hotel and know which is your nearest lobby.

Select the number of pasengers and their corresponding prices according to the criteria displayed:

Enter lead passenger details and click "Book Now":

Step 3. Verify Details

Change the quantity of passengers if necessary or click on order:

Step 4. Billing Information

If you have booked with us before please log in using your User name and Password:

Step 5. Confirm Currency

Select the desired currency and then click "Next":
USD - American Dollars
MXN - Mexican Pesos
If you wish to pay with a Mexican Credit Card you must choose MXN.

Step 6. Credit Card Details

Fill out the credit card details:

Step 7. Pay

Verify that the information is correct and click "Pay" to complete the transaction.

Note: In some cases at this point you may be diverted to the merchant bank of your credit card in order that they can validate your PIN.

Step 8. Receive Confirmation & Tickets

Check your email account, our booking engine will automatically send you your confirmation and your tickets.

Please check the details on the confirmationand advise us imediately of any discrepancies.

Important: Please open the PDF attachment called "Boarding Pass" and print the document. This is your ticket, please hand this to the tour operator at check in. In the event that you cannot print the boarding pass or you loose it please advise us so that we can arrange ticket replacement authority directly with the tour supplier.
